Getting to Our Office for an In-Person Consultation

Most callers never need to visit in person — we handle placement entirely by phone. If you'd prefer to meet with a placement advisor face-to-face, appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. By car: I-280 eastbound, exit 14 (Broad Street), then south on Broad. Parking is available at the Gateway Center garage (Raymond Blvd) and at on-street metered spaces along Broad. By transit: Newark Penn Station is a 6-minute walk south; Newark Broad Street station is a 4-minute walk north. Newark Light Rail's Military Park station is directly across the street.

812 Broad St is in downtown Newark, one block from Military Park and a short walk from Newark Penn Station. Easily reached from I-280 (exits 13–14), NJ-21/McCarter Highway, and the Newark Light Rail Broad Street station.

What to Expect When You Call

A placement advisor picks up in under 30 seconds. The call starts with a brief clinical intake — what substance, how long, current medical situation, living environment, insurance carrier. If you'd rather lead with insurance verification, that's fine too. We don't push decisions; the goal of the first call is to understand your situation and tell you honestly what options exist. Most callers either schedule admission same-day or agree on a follow-up call in the next 24–48 hours.
